I'm opening up my calendar to anyone who wants to chat about software and related topics. In particular, I feel given my background and experience, I have something useful to say about
- being a newcomer to the software industry
- what's (not) important when learning (programming)
- looking for a junior (programming) job
- software businesses
- software projects and their delivery on time, on budget and on impact
- (over)thinking about the quality of your work
Besides that, I find these things also fun (non-exhaustive list)
- team dynamics, incentives, ways of working, careers (and how different methodologies affect them - btw. Scrum is the bane of software I'm telling you)
- communication
- andragogy
- {business | engineering | operations} strategy
- basically anything that attempts to explain how people behave
Why should you sign up?
You want to pick my brain, talk about one of my posts, get a second opinion on a thing, or something like that? I mean, why do people talk to each other? I'll never know (:
What do I get out of this?
Talking to other people about stuff you find interesting is fun. Also, helping other people is pretty great. So if we have a good talk that you think was helpful in any way, I'm jolly.
How do you sign up?

If you have a specific problem you want my opinion on, add an appendix to the above following this format.
Who am I?
I'm a junior software developer at The Tech Collective where I work mostly on enterprise business software. I have a BSc in Digital Management from Copenhagen Business School. In the past, I've worked in commercial growth at Lun, in student politics at Copenhagen Business School and as a software developer in Siteimprove.
Robert Heaton made me do this.
